WDA Careers wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive link and image text, keyboard-accessible navigation, sufficient color contrast and respects reduced-motion settings.

Known limitations

Some content, such as video or embedded third-party tools, may not yet fully meet these standards. We review the site as it changes and fix issues as we find them.
