These Terms of Use govern your use of wda.careers (the "site"), operated by WDA Careers, a William David Advisors company ("WDA Careers," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
Our services
The site describes our executive search services and lets you contact us, join our Talent Network or begin a search. Search engagements are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services, a guarantee of placement or employment, or a promise of any particular outcome.
Your submissions
When you submit information, you confirm that it is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not include confidential information belonging to a current or former employer that you are not permitted to disclose. Our handling of submissions is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or automated submissions, or scrape it in a way that burdens our systems.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, names and logos belong to WDA Careers or William David Advisors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for sharing links or brief quotations with attribution.
Third-party services and links
The site links to and relies on services we do not control, such as Microsoft Bookings and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the site and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
